Brad began his real estate career in 2002 when he formed a funding model for syndicating, joint-venturing and developing real estate projects on a national level with institutional, family office and individual investors. Since 2002, Brad has been involved in excess of $750M in transactions. He has developed senior housing and multi-family throughout the western US and has been involved in office, industrial and retail assets. In addition to Co-Founding CRE Investor Coach, Brad is also the CEO of Concord Development Partners and Co-Founder of HearthStone Equity Fund. Brad holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and was also featured in the bestselling book “Brokers Who Dominate”.
