Since 2000, Brad has been involved in excess of $750M in transactions. He has developed senior housing and multi-family throughout the western US and has been involved in office, industrial and retail assets. In addition to CRE Investor Coach, Brad is also the CEO of Concord Development Partners and Co-Founder of HearthStone Capital.
