I just want to reach out about the CRE investor program. It’s been a great program, Brad and his team have been super helpful. We have only been a few months in but I’ve already closed on my first commercial building and I’m working on a very large scale development for a second. Brad and his team have been there with us every step of the way. It’s been an awesome experience, so if you’re in the position to be able to do something like this, I would highly recommend the program and I highly recommend Brad and his group.

I’m currently participating in the CRE investor coaching program, if you’re considering joining the program I’d highly recommend it as the coaches have a tremendous background and knowledge in real estate investing and there’s a wide range of materials presented over the various sessions. I think probably one of the greatest values being in the program is the ability to connect with a group of like-minded individuals where we can help each other and support each other with our investment goals.

I came to the CRE Investor program as a broker and previously as a developer for hotels, multifamily, office and retail. I was a little skeptical about the program initially and asked alot of questions. Now, a couple months into the program, I have to tell you that it has been phenomenal! Brad has provided great insight into the process, and I can’t be happier with the program.
